Watermelon Slushy

I made the yummiest, most refreshing drink this summer that I call the watermelon slushy!

I had some leftover watermelon that I diced for a bbq we had. I tossed a few pieces in the freezer along with the extra juice in a plastic container. When ready, I took it out of the freezer and blended it up! You can also use fresh watermelon and blend with ice!

For the kids and non drinkers: It's as simple as that, maybe add another fruit if you want more then just watermelon.

For an exciting twist, I added some white wine (I used Pinot Grigio- White Zen, Moscato or any white wine should work).

For the wine slushy, blend watermelon and white wine together. I like to garnish with mint!
